Our theme does not have any options to add an icon in those places. You will have to edit the theme code for it. you can use font awesome for it and add the code here if you have the proper coding skills: http://screencast.com/t/HeDTTbMC

Upon further inspection it seems thare is no simple way of adding an icon inside a text area in htmnl. There is an alternative solution using css and pseudo-elements though http://stackoverflow.com/questions/19285640/font-awesome-icon-inside-text-input-element
