Add Instagram Sharing

In the Theme Panel and Post Settings > Top Article Sharing, we’ve previously removed the code for Google+ and Pinterest. (Using Tagdiv’s support instructions)

Now we’d like to include Instagram. What would be the proper code for Instagram?
