I’m using the Yoast plugin. In the last few weeks, the Add Media button does not work when I activate the attachment.
At the same time, yoast does not edit the site title, nor edit the description.

Hello,
Please disable all plugins except visual composer and seo yoast, clear cache and test again. It is working fine on our end so there could be a plugin conflict or other sources affecting the add media button
