When I want to add icon of Slideshare, ask.fm and Foursquare, I can’t find field to add our social network on theme panel. Where could I add them?

This depends on where you want to add these sharing options.
The social counter does not allow adding other sharing options unfortunately as it;s a complex plugin and coding them in will not be so easy.
