Hello,
is it possible to allow the user during the registration of his profile of doctor to add the field details he wants on a specific field type?

Hello,
Please provide a screenshot. If you are referring to adding the fields when the user created the account, then this can be done only with custom work, but if you are referring to adding the details in account settings, then you can create a custom popsit type to apply to author, a page with form input https://i.imgur.com/uDFhj2G.png, set the page id here https://i.imgur.com/IKg3BQd.png and it should update the details.
