I cannot seem to find the add new button for the cloud template anymore in the new version. Is this general or just me? How can I change the feel and outlook of my categories as this feature is absent? Please see attached screenshot. Awaiting your apt response. Thanks.

Please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
