Add Newsletter Subscription at hte bottom of smartlist

Hi,
i’m adding a subsciption form at the bottom of every article. I already edit di single page article via loop-single.php, but i can’t add the same form at the end of the smart list page. Where i can found the loop file of the smartlist template?

Hi,

The smart list templates are these files

But how exactly are you implementing the form? If you enter the form code in the loop single files, the form should display regardless of smart list.
