Add Phone Number field to Newsletter modal

Hi,

I want to add a new field beside email address when user clicks on newsletter modal. Phone number firld as optional. How can I achieve this and store that data.

Unfortunately, we have no option there because the form is embedded. Please create the field directly in the form.
