add post_excerpt to post tpl

Im migrating a site whee thy editors used the excerpt as a ingress on articles (Posts).

They do not appears in the theme posts. How can I add them ?

Yes. I SAW that. But how to insert or view that in the post tpl?
I have looked all around for the default tpl and tried to edit etc. Wjat file to edit and what element in tagdiv to place in the template?

Hello !

The excerpts are only working on blocks. In post page you can use subtitle element from tagdiv composer.

I am not sure I understood what TPL is.
