I am trying to recreate a page using tagDIV composer, the layout is similar to this one:

So that the sidebar happens only after an image and a block of text.
I have:
1. Single image (no sidebar here)
2. Column text (no sidebar here)
3. Title (from here can I split in 2/3 + 1/3? And add a sidebar)
4. Column text (with woocommerce shortcodes)
Whenever I am in the tagdiv composer and I hover on the column setting of an element I get the global settings, so that I get the sidebar starting from the image on top of the page.

You have to use multiple rows. Create your layout from empty rows first and then add elements to them. Here is an example: https://www.screencast.com/t/k7p32qBA
