Hi,
You can use a Slider element for example

Or a Big Grid slide
– https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper/big-grid-slide/
You could also use the Revolution slider. All the revolution sliders featured in the demos are available in the theme package. Like this one for example which is somewhat similar to the one you are referring to
