add to time format comma and after comma to show hours

Hi Newspaper Team,

I just installed your wonderful theme NewsPaper on my Blog ( https://oneblog.ro ) and i noticed that i can’t find anywhere besides the date format in the articles that I can also add the time when the article was posted. I kept looking in your dedicated page but I couldn’t find anything. In the attachment you have 2 examples, in the first attached picture it appears as it is at the moment on my blog and after the date i want a comma to appear bellow and show the time when the article was posted, you have a model as I would like it to be in picture 2.

How i want to be: https://ibb.co/XYhk1Rc ( Example: Date -> 11.01.2023, Time -> 17:53 ), so i want to show like this ( 9 ianuarie 2023, ora 17:53 ).

Thank you very much for your fast response, its work perfect, but i`m stuck on day of the week and month i want to be Capitalize, i put this formating but not work. Before the time is it possible to put a text like ( hours and then appear the time for example 13:45 )? Example ( Monday, 12 January 2023, hours 01:54. I have this format now but is not Capitalize ( l, j F Y, H:i ), looks like ( monday, 12 january 2023, 01:54 ( is with lowercase ) see image -> ( https://ibb.co/MSSTRmB ).

Is perfect your code but one more question, from where i translate “hours”? I try to fiind in wordpress language but i cant fiind to translate and in newspaper theme folder but i cant fiind it ( https://ibb.co/8bpzsrc ).
