I am building a video based site but I can’t seem to add featured videos to my RSS. Is there something I’m missing? Is there a way I can do so?

Theme does not control the RSS; you might be able to do this with YOAST SEO or another plugin ? Not sure.
If you’re hosting your own videos should add them, as per here:

I don’t know of a way of including external video (e.g., YouTube) in the RSS as a field, other than actually having the link “in” the text of the feed.
