Hi,

Maybe there is a code you need to enter in the theme files in order to display that widget. You can find the top menu here – https://www.screencast.com/t/OWrkHcYoD and follow the instructions provided with the widget, if you want to achieve this.

Hi,

Try inserting it in the header.php file, between the head tags – https://www.screencast.com/t/20E5CsjC and then follow the plugin instructions.
Most plugins and widgets require the code to be entered there. If it does not work like this, you could ask for support from the plugin developers to specify where exactly this code needs to be entered.
