We have not tested animated background ads. We cannot say for sure if it will work or not.

OK, thank you, if i am adding the banner via an iframe where do I put the code? The theme only gives me an option to upload an image. Where do I find the file to edit to add background?

Unfortunately i ran a few tests but the background will not work with an iframe. You can add your animations to a post or page, but you cannot add it as a background. Our theme background was designed to work with images from the media library, not html animations. If you truly need this customization, you will need to hire a freelancer to adapt the theme code so and implement this type of animations.
