adding ads by non admins

Hello,

What do I have to do to make sure editors can place ads…? NOw only admins can

Hi,

Only admin level users have access to the theme panel. The theme uses the default user aces roles of WordPress
– https://codex.wordpress.org/Roles_and_Capabilities
The user capabilities could be modified using a plugin that has options in this regard. But you could not make only a part of the theme panel accessible to certain users, like the Ads section.

Hello Simion,

thanks but I can not change roles to admin for the users. I think I add a new role with the option for the plugins (I saw some screenshots that roles with plugin functions can access theme features).

I wish you change some settings in feature so I can set roles and permissions per user regarding theme options.

Hi,

Maybe options will be added in future updates, but I could not say if this will happen. At the moment if you want to modify the user role capabilities you will have to use a plugin. That way you can probably create a custom role and personalize it according to your needs.
