Is it possible without hardcoding to add block after post (as “More article box” or “related article” but with your own content)?

Hi,
Blocks and other page building elements are available only on pages. Placing a block in the post page could only be achieved by modifications to the post template files. There are similar topics here on the forum that you could follow
