Adding category tab and changing tab colors

Hello! Two questions:

1) On this page https://old.wilhard.ru/ there is no category tab under the article excerpt https://ibb.co/qgDbtCh. How do I add it?
2) How do I change the tab colors on all the webpages from blue to black (https://old.wilhard.ru/)? https://ibb.co/qgDbtCh

Hi,

1. In the theme panel you can enable the category tags for each module
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/category-tag-on-modulesblocks/
That is module 16 so check in the theme panel if the category tag is enabled for it.

2. You mean the block titles? There is a general setting for them in the theme panel
