Adding custom sized AdSense units.

I tried adding something like 600 X 300 ad using adsense responsive ad unit and “modification required” ad code. I put my sizes and I tried on simple html page it worked. In this theme it automatically shows the size selected in “dropdown” and if I choose “auto” then it shows anything according to browser size but not my custom size which is in the ad code.
