Adding Font Awesome icons to posts?

I have a page and sidebar I would like to add Font Awesome sidebars to using the text editor.

Does Newspaper already have font awesome bundled, or do I need to manually add it to the header in order to use it?

Hi,

I do not quiet understand what is your request, you want to set some icons were?

If you want to place icons in the menu, please use this guide: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-add-icons-in-menu/
The craft ideas has it’s own custom icons. They are implemented like so: https://www.screencast.com/t/Wz8IQMqvN2IS

Also if you do not want to use that plugin, you can use this one -> Font Awesome Integration-> https://wordpress.org/plugins/font-awesome-integration/

I would prefer to not use a plugin and reference to the Font Awesome CDN myself.

Do I need to add this into the head section in the Newspaper theme panel?

Hi,

If that sidebar is build with tagDiv Composer, then you can set the icons that have tagDiv Composer, without need to use others plugins -> https://www.screencast.com/t/6ZKtcsVkzhlf
If this is a widget sidebar, then you need to us some plugins, or to set manually the icons.
