Any ideas on how to add Moldavian Leu (Moldova’s currency) to the Currency Exchange Element.

Hi,
Unfortunately that will not be possible, the exchange widget doesn’t have an option for adding more currencies.
You could use a different widget that has the needed currency, there are plugins that can offer this. You could try some of them
