Adding pagination to home page

I wish to add the 123>>Next page 1 of 3 etc. pagination to my home page.

I can get it (the pagination) using a module and homepage template with article list -module 9 but I want to use a slider at the top of the page 2/3 width as well. As this comes from page builder content, the sidebar appears lower down the page and leaves a gap next to the slider. See here: http://www.brissi.com/blog2/homepagetest7

Alternatively I can get the layout I want using homepage template blank and adding slider 2/3, block 9 2/3 and widgetised sidebar 1/3. All looks good at the top but not able to get the preferred pagination see here: http://www.brissi.com/blog2/

How can I add the the pagination I want or get the sidebar to appear level with the slider?

All help and suggestions appreciated.

Many thanks in advance

Hi,
What you can do is only to add the slider directly in code in that template with article list, but is a little complicated.

Move a part from sidebar in the above area with Page builder

hi,
for the slider part:
you need to either use : the Big slide ( http://screencast.com/t/MheKPkRv8Tda ) or split the element into smaller pieces and add something in the left gap :

Thanks for you message.

I am looking to do this as well. I noticed that its universally set in ‘Settings > Reading’ so the same amount of ‘Recent Articles’ on the homepage is the same amount on category view. Is there a way to have more posts in the category view? Ex: 6 recent articles on homepage and 10 on category pages. And is there a way to change the module structure of the next pages 2,3,4,etc from the homepage module structure? Ex: module 3 for homepage, module 8 for next page.
