How can I add more social media accounts to the Social Counter? Furthermore, the Youtube doesn’t display the subscribers; how can I solve that? Thank you

Unfortunately there is no easy way of adding new social networks to he social counter. Sorry.

I have checked your Id on my counter as well but the information is not getting pulled. It does for other users though, so i assume there is a setting on youtube on your page that is preventing the counter to pull the info.
As I see it your url does not pint to neither a channel nor a username. There is only the c/youtubeid, not channel/userid. If I access the playlist for example your link changes to the channel url and that is what you must enter in the social counter field:
channel/UCjnGSOGTw7CdX9RVcFIusOA
(Our social counter only works with a standard user or channel. If the link structure is different, then the counter will not be able to pull any information.)
I’m not sure why on your youtube page you do not get the channel ID.
