Hello,
A shortcode can be inserted in our theme only by using the element called “Column text” or “Text with title” in text zone => https://i.imgur.com/Ps7fcU0.png -> https://www.screencast.com/t/uDXaxJ8JSKFB The shortcode is automatically saved.
