The team member builder news block is great, however I feel you may have overlooked something.
In the icon line up for social medias.
You should be able to add “website” and have it display a standard “website” Icon.
many team members have their own blogs or their own wordpress blogs.
There are many newspapers that have multiple authors as well.
So you should be able to add a link to their author page and their website and their socuial medias from this block.
seems like a natural thing to have on there as an option in the link lineup

Email would be another useful spot here considering all of the other social options for contact.
