I would like to use a toggle like q&a of WordPress, or alert popup, or other nice element in my post.
There is some plugin or other way to add shortcake or something else. ?

Unfortunately this option is not available in Newspaper Theme. You will have to try some plugins for this since we have not tested any in this matter.
