Im looking to ad an additional menu simular to the primary one but to make it sit under the top nav.
Do you have any idea how to do this or how much it would cost to do so?

Hello byron_shady,
Unfortunately, our theme has not been designed to use more than 1 menu and also, does not have any such an option that allows you to add a second menu, sorry! If you want to do this, you should try to find some plugins with this functionality and see how it will work for you. Also, notice that we cannot provide support for untested plugins.
