Address to reset password goes to 404 page

I have a big problem tried to resolve. When a subscriber try to reset his password, he receives on email a message to reset password. But, by clicking on the link send by email, it opens a 404 page.

The theme uses the default login system from WordPress and does not control the emails sent by this system. I am not sure why this happens on your site but you can try to deactivate all plugins except Visual Composer, just to make sure that there is no conflict, make sure you didn’t added any redirection rules which may conflict with the login system.
Alternatively you can do a few tests with a default wp-theme and check if the problem is still there.
