I’m looking to use the full page width on my homepage with a 3-col layout in the NewsPaper theme. What CSS elements can I adjust to customize the width/padding of the content columns?

Hello,
You can use a stretch row on pages like so: https://www.screencast.com/t/6umF8z4xU9
However on post and categories you will not be able to make the theme full width because the main content is fixed and all elements depend on this fixed width. Changing it will cause element to not work properly anymore.
