We are using block 4 on the homepage of our new website. The current image size is 234×160, we would like to adjust that to 234×193. Would you point me in the direction on how to make that happen. I am aware that I will need to regenerate my thumbnails.

Hi,
That would not be the right thumbnail size, block 4 uses this thumbnail size

If you want a bigger thumbnail in height, you could use block 5 for example
