Please make sure that you updated the theme according with or documentation: https://forum.tagdiv.com/newsmag-how-to-update-the-theme/ deactivate all plugins except Visual Composer, just to make sure that there is no conflict, clear all caches and test again.

I’ve updated the theme newsmag latest version according to your instructions but I get the same problem . I also have to disable all plugins and delete the cache and cache plugin . for a year , I’ve never seen a problem like this before, I also can’t upload the latest posts for 4 days , it appears there is a problem in the visual composer plugin. then , is there another step to fix this problem?
