Both Admin name and date appears on post and homepages even they are turned off from theme settings page.
How can i hide them?

Author name and date is displaying on homepage and category pages, not post pages
how can i hide them on homepage and category pages.

That setting is in the block settings – https://www.screencast.com/t/E3eE4uyN
Disabling it there will affect all blocks and modules.
