Hi everyone,
I`ve recently updated my website to Newspaper8 but after that, I can not access my admin panel. When I write admin panel address “www.mysite.com/wp-admin” it ends up with this message
“This page isn’t working
http://www.mysite.net redirected you too many times.
Try clearing your cookies.
ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS”
But my website is working I can open the website and read post also I can access the admin panel via Edit Page or Edit Post button that is located the top of the website in admin bar. Also, I have tried to open admin panel in Incognito mode Chrome and Safari but it is same.
I appreciate if anyone helps.

It seems to be a problem caused by your dedicated server and not coming from our theme, sorry! You should contact your hosting provider, tell this problem because they should be able to provide a more accurate response. After you can access your backend and if you will have any other problems with the theme, please let us know and we will glad to help you.

Hello Catalin, I have contacted my hosting provider and the respond I received from my hosting provider says:
You are getting an error because there are multiple redirects in the instant tests. We ask that you disable and test any themes or plugins that may affect this area.
Then I thought maybe that’s because of the new plugin which is tagDiv Composer so I have deactivated it and tried to reach my admin panel tataa. I could log in successfully 🙂
But if I activate it, the error I have written in the first message appears. So what should I do 🙂

Please keep in mind that until now, we do not receive any bad reports in this case, sorry! Please try to make a new fresh install to a sub-domain and re-install the WordPress and the theme and use only the required plugins which come bundled with the theme core files and check the results. TD Composer was fully tested with the theme and should not cause any problem with the admin panel accessing, sorry!
