AdRotate ads not showing after updating to Newsmag 5.1

I have AdRotate shortcode placed in the Theme Panel for my Header ad ([adrotate group=”1″]) and Sidebar Ad ([adrotate group=”4″]), but nothing is displaying on the published pages.

Not sure where to look next, I’ve looked into everything I can think of. We are not using Google AdSense ads, we are using web server stored ads.
