    Please make sure that you add the code properly in Theme Panel > Ads > Custom AD 1.

    It’s 2015 and, there are a lot of people with exact this same problem, shouldn’t there be plugins for this? I would like to do this but it has to be easy for my costumer to edit. How can I solve this issue?

    Hi,

    Not sure what you mean. Do you refer to the method of placing the ad above the header? If so then unfortunately the theme doesn’t have any other ways to do this because there is no option to pace an ad outside the header container.
    Please let me know if this is not what you meant and provide more details.

    I see you’ve managed to do it eventually.
