Ads are not aligned! Problems started after upgrading to v3

hello!

I have noticed that there was an feature on this theme, which aligned the ads (like 780*90). But after I’ve upgraded the site to V3, it is not aligned! does anyone know how to fix that. I hope you can see it live here on my site
