I am trying to figure out the ads position on my site but it’s messing up. Also the theme is not coming as crisp as its in demo in terms of display wise.
Any suggestion and tips would be highly appreciated.

Also please note that it might take a while until your ads to appear(even a few days) and you can try this also without any plugins active, leave only Visual Composer active, clear cache and check it.

How to improve the page speed , i tried all possible way to minify the css and js , could you suggest some help over that would be a great support.

This could happen due to various reasons, please go trough the adsense troubleshooter pasted below and contact your ad provider if you still can’t manage to make them work: https://support.google.com/adsense/answer/1208336?hl=en

To minify theme’s js and to move the resources to the footer you can use theme’s speed booster plugin which enables and uses a minifyed version of js, for css you need to do it manually as compression it automatically could cause issues and its not recommended.
