I’ve set up ads on mobile sites via theme panel mobile ads. Few of the articles are not showing ads. And for those article theme acts little weird. Black background shows on header mobile menu. You can check screenshot here. http://prnt.sc/di1l69
Where as for articles showing proper ads show transparent background like this http://prnt.sc/di1os1
Please help me regarding this issue.

Unfortunately if you use the Mobile Theme plugin it will not work with any cache plugins or external, sorry!
We have tested it using Wp Super Cache but it seems that also this plugin creates issues and it doesn’t work properly. We have reported some issues to the plugin’s authors but they did not update the plugin for a while. If they don’t update it anymore we will try to test and recommend another cache plugin to work also with the mobile theme. So for the moment please disable Mobile Theme plugin.

I’ve disable the Wp Super Cache and ads on mobile are working fine now. But I’m disappointed with all this because I purchased premium version of this theme. When are you supposed to fix this problem? Or you suggest me any other Cache plugin to use moving forward. Looking forward to your reply.

The problem is on Wp Super Cache side, but unfortunately they sis not updated the plugin to fix this. We have reported the issue and also we have provided a solution – https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/mobile-theme-problems-3/#post-133756
We will need to test a new cache plugin if they will not update Wp Super Cache and then we can recommend you one. Sorry!
