Hello everyone
I’m looking for a way that in one position ( or example “Article Top Ad” ) a larger ads shown on desktop a smaller ads on phones
I need this for the following reason: Adsense has different rules for placing ads on desktop and mobile devices.
Is there any way to do this?

You have to use a custom style for AdSense code.
If you using responsive code then you can add custom style code.
For example, if you want that your ad to be in square mode, you will have to add the style inline with the specific width and height, like this -> http://prntscr.com/cgu3ay
