Hi, I’ve built a cloud template and now everything works perfectly except the ads. I insert the code as they indicated but it does not appear. Instead, in the same post with another type of post template style if that appear to me. Do you have proof of that error?
Hello,
No, we do not have any such proof as we cannot re-create the problem on our end. Is it an inline ad maybe that you are using? inline ads have to be placed in the template after you import it into the tagdiv composer: https://www.screencast.com/t/hJaESuLL
Thank you!
Hi,
I made some tests with some default ads, entered in the post template
– https://www.screencast.com/t/MHIe20Cobu
Once the template is saved and applied to a post, the post displays the ads
– https://www.screencast.com/t/GTwokucBbsb
What post template are you using? I will try it with that one as well. The ones I tried already work as intended.
Hi,
I tried template 15 now that you mention it, with simple default ads. For me they appear

Maybe there is a problem with your ads, maybe try and test them in other spots.
Hello,
It’s very strange, if I put the ads manually in the post if they appear, I mean I put them directly in the wordpress editor.

On the other hand, they appear in the other types of publications that are not from the cloud temple.

So if you enter the ads in the post content they appear, if you enter them in the template ad spots they do not. What kind of ads are you using? default responsive Adsense ads should work properly.
Try to enter them again in the template and apply the template on a post, provide a link to that post then so I can take a look.
Exactly, that’s how you say. The ads that I have put are from Google Adsense, but if I put another type of ad they do not appear either. If I do it in other templates no cloud templete, if they all appear.
Now I have completed the steps you have told me, this is the link where I applied the changes.

This is the Google Adsense code that I have put:

From what I can see there are no ads in the post content. The only ad I see is below the post in a raw HTML widget
– https://www.screencast.com/t/xi9q9a3yoIB1
But the post content seems to not contain any ads.
If you are sure you entered ads in the post template, we could take a look as well. Send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login. Include a link to this topic in the email.
I will edit your last reply and remove the ad code from the topic.
Thanks
Hi, I’m having the same problem with the ads, my website is http://elpilon.com.co/
And the ads show them intermittently, that is, sometimes yes and sometimes not, please help me solve this.
Hi,
@henrychacon I see the ads display just fine on your website at the moment

I only see a header ad and a section below the post content, the posts seem to not have any ads inside them.

Simion. Thank you for responding, but in the home is an ad in the header and another after the main menu, which is shown or sometimes shows the ad of the header and the other does not, or vice versa.
As for the mobile version it does not show any.
Now that one shows for me as well – https://www.screencast.com/t/WGLwVU0JtSp
But there are many warnings concerning the ads. I found an ongoing topic with multiple users reporting similar warnings with doubleclick ads

Hi,
@SanjaKokica These ads seem to load – https://www.screencast.com/t/f6u60hG75fO
The top ad does not. Are you sure the ad code is valid? try to enter the same code in a different location (a column text for example, or a different ad spot). Check if it displays there.
Those ads are put there manually, in single page file (or something like that 🙂 my husband does that), that is why they are showing.
I did not answer your question. The code is valid, I use it on other, old places that you have in theme.

Now the article top ad seems to appear, I checked a few of your posts

Could have been something temporary, seems to be alright now.
