Unfortunately there are no such ad spots. You can add them manually in the header style that you use by editing the theme files. There is no setting for this so it has to be coded in.
You will only need basic HTML and CSS knowledge for this task and edit one of these files in a text editor (notepad ++) and add your html code here: http://screencast.com/t/ZieypLCt

You an try to access the files through the wordpress editor or through ftp directly.
The adsense code is provided by google. You need to create a new account and they will provide the code.

I replied via email but like i previously replied, there is no ad spot like that . if you want to have 2 header ads left a d right of the logo, you need to create a whole new header style from scratch and it will not be easy to do. If you do not know the steps you need to take in this regard I suggest hiring a developer to help with the code as this falls beyond the scope of the theme support.
