Ads – issues I can't fix

Hello,

I am testing Ad banners and have a few questions.

1)
on this page (that is still under development) I have used two sidebar banners and one custom banner which I have set up on Newspaper theme panel under ads. See image1 & image2

Even though I have set the dimensions to 300x250px for sidebar banner and 300x600px for custom banner1, banners appear stretched on front end. Where is the problem? See image or page
I wanted to create outline around banners, but there is space on the bottom side of the banners that I can’t remove. Where is the problem?

2)
I tried to create background ad (see here and went to background tab to insert image as it was written under notice in Background click ad section)

Why nothing happens in front end of the page after saving all those settings? I can’t create background ad to work. Help here would be very much appreciated 🙂

3)
How can I make multiple, auto-sliding banners in one ad-box, so there could be more ads for different customers on one place?

4)
Where can/will I be able to track clicks on these banners so I could send the report of Ad “successfulness” to customers that would advertise on the page?

I am not a programmer so I would really appreciate your help!

Thank you,
Peter

Hello!

I’ve got response from your team that 3) and 4) are not supported in the theme. So where can I monitor ad clicks and ad serving/showing? Via google account?

One more thing. Background Ad can’t be clicked (not opening Ad link) and it goes under header on top edge. It should go from bottom edge of the header downwards and not behind header. How to fix this?

I need help here ASAP. Thank you.

Hello!

Yes, Google from what I know tracks your action on ads. My colleague will reply to you via e-mail.

Thank you!
