We have an ad installed in the article top ad spot. We only want it to load on mobile. I turned the desktop off but the ad never loads. When I turn the desktop on to test, the ad loads on desktop, but still not on mobile. It is not adsense but still a very strong ad company.

Do you are using the Mobile Theme? Please notice that all the ads for the mobile theme have to be added in the Mobile Theme section from theme panel, like this -> http://screencast.com/t/C8qcpVwybQur
