its working for Sidebar if i to apply widget Tagdiv Ad Box. However for Footer/Header what should i do to get it appear?

If you want more ads in the footer, then you can place ad boxes in the footer sections here https://prnt.sc/KTaDOB7KaCH3
For the header there is one ad spot https://prnt.sc/uY74aTtppe5j Simply place the ad code there.
