I am trying to add an ad code into the sidebar but for some reason, the ad is all the way down of the website. Adsense ad is fine it’s just other network ad.

Please provide some more details about how are you adding the code. I believe you are referring to the section that is displayed below the website footer.
There is no theme ad section created to display an ad below the footer, so it should not be displayed there.

I added the code in custom ad 1 from theme panel, then added that code in newspaper default sidebar just like any other ad. But the ad is all the way down below footer. But it works perfectly for me on my admin panel it’s just for the visitors.

That is where it is supposed to be displayed, I could not say why initially it appeared below the footer, now it functions properly however from what I can see.
