How to put ads on above of this line at mobile plugin?

Hi,

Please be notice that is not so easy tho make this change in theme file, here is the file were is set the add top ( td_module_single_mob.php ), but I do not know for sure the place you need to make the change, I think is td_module_single_base.php
wp-content\themes\Newspaper\mobile\includes\modules\td_module_single_mob.php
