Ads only in Category pages

I’m not sure what you mean. Do you want to show header ad only for category pages?
You can add a condition there to display the header ad only on category pages(also depends what header style you use), so for example if you use header style 3 – http://screencast.com/t/4PX2ZOnf2hr1
