1. Need your help to place side bar ads on left and right empty places. Also i want to increase left and right side place for 2 side bar ads with 160X600 dimensions, Right side 2 side bars and left side 2 side bars. (these ads done in photoshop its not Google Adsense).
2. My website is loading very slow please help. May be i missed some tweaking things in support document.
3.Can it possible to animate featured image (multiple images with fade or dissolve effect).

1. To place your ads in the sidebar you will need first to create a new sidebar in which you can add your sidebar ad or add the sidebar add into an existing sidebar, like this: http://screencast.com/t/nM5tELrP

Here you will have to ad the code for the sidebar ad: http://screencast.com/t/MO7gdQiOv
After this edit the page you want to have the sidebar ad on to and set the sidebar like this: http://screencast.com/t/hQGcO8BIf
