Hi I have a problem with ADS. I have not understood why if I look at the home page of the http://www.stayrock.org site with my smart phone, I get the google ads banner while if I view the site from chrome I don’t see it.
How can I put the google banners on the home page on all devices and also insert the same banner in the articles?

Hello !
That is because you are using google auto ads which will implement by default in all the website. That is a google ads feature.
Once added in the Header the google ads code will automatically place in your page where google will find it suitable: https://www.screencast.com/t/16ouaHawKAO
