Hi! I tryed to deactivated all plugins (except the tagDiv ones) and i have no success.

Hi,
The theme panel ads section should be looking like this https://i.imgur.com/CRsELie.png
From your screenshots it looks like the ads section is not loading or is hidden.
If you already made a test using only tagDiv plugins, then please contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide wp-admin and cPanel access. We’ll check the situation as soon as possible.
